Message:Hello,
My understanding is that they are suspended, but not resumeable. I'm
actually facing this very challenge myself, but it happens so
infrequently that it has not been made a priority. I know WMI is a
popular way to find them. I'm considering either just terminating
them or retriggering the update they're a part of to make sure the
most up to date data is processed (as the zombie in question
technically is the latest data to arrive). I've been trying
desperately to be able to create a filter for them, but I haven't had
any success and what I see doesn't sound that encouraging. Ideally,
I'd like to have a subscription for them that just copies the message
payload and resubmits it for me (since in my case I receive messages
for an interval of time and use the last one to arrive for
processing). I hope this has been of some help, please let me know
how you find to solve this problem.
Kind Regards,
-Dan

Message:My question would be why you have a convoy with a non-deterministic
endpoint? I've done multiple ordered-processing solutions before, and
in the end have always found that there IS a point where the process
ends. Sometimes is took a lot of design sessions and discussion to
make everyone realize this, but there really should never be a
situation in which you NEED a non-deterministic endpoint.
Thanks,
Daniel Sepp
