The Response.ExpiresAbsolute Property
Introduction
The Response.ExpiresAbsolute property works the same like
the Expires property. However the only difference is that it accepts the date
and time as an argument. That means you don’t have to define the minutes
anymore. The date and time should be enclosed with a pair of #. The below
example demonstrates the exact usage.
