BizTalk Utilities Purchase Process

If you are a reseller, please first read this page.

Getting started

1. Log in to generate an invoice (if you need one before purchasing)
2. Log in to purchase
3. Insert your details (ensure the email is correct for the invoice and licensing)
4. Use your company credit card

Getting your license after paying

Licenses are NOT automatically issued. Here is the process for getting a license for your client:

1. Log in to purchase
2. When the purchase process is complete, your client will receive an invoice by email and they must then send a license request file to licensing@theenablergroup.com
3. Your client must generate the license request file is generated from the License Wizard in the setup directory.
4. The license will be issued to you by email from The Enabler Group (who make and own BizTalk Utilities).

Purchase Orders

Your company may require you to create a purchase order. We do not need to receive it, even if you create one. Please try to avoid sending it to us, please just log in to purchase.

Getting an invoice before paying

If you or your customer needs an invoice before purchasing, you can make an UNPAID invoice on this page.

Payment Alternatives

1. The fastest route to get the licenses is to purchase online using your corporate credit card. We strongly recommend this fast track approach.
2. Another quick alternative is to do a direct bank transfer into our company account. We then wait until the amount has cleared. If you choose to purchase by making a bank deposit, email us and we'll send you the bank details.
3. If you need to purchase from a US company (we are in Australia) then you can go through a US reseller. They will pay us using their credit card and then invoice you.
4. The slowest way to get a license is to send us a check. We discourage this because international checks usually clear very slowly.
