Stateless set of functions for parsing XML

This is a pure-VB stateless set of functions for parsing XML. These functions are very solid and allow parsing directives, comments, tags, attributes, and simple XPath (no search terms). An extremely fast and surprising light-weight and versitile set of functions that I personally and professionally recommend. Originally written and contributed to the public domain by ProdigyWave (www.prodigywave.com) and optimized / modified by myself (www.sliceanddice.com).
