XSLT Sort - output entire xml file with new sort order

Summary This transform will output the same xml document sorted according to the xpath variable.

The transform below will output the same xml document sorted according to the xpath variable. This seems like a simple thing to do, but I struggle with this one for a while, so I figured others probably have too. **NEW** The original transform was sorting based on an attribute. It was requested that there was a sort based on elements. So here goes, I hope this helps.
