This project is concerned with the standardization of data exchange by the use of XML (Extensible Markup Language). In the present industry we can see that several organizations need data from other organizations. So it requires a common medium of communication between the organizations. XML makes it possible.

By the use of this SW one can move data from a relational database to XML structure and vice versa. This SW has two mode of operation. At the first stage it can be used to extract data from any heterogeneous database and can create the XML document. And at the second stage it can read XML documents and do manipulations on the database. By the use of this SW one can capture the information as one object and then process it with many different applications depending upon the requirements at the time.
