The XmlTextWriter works like the XmlTextReader with the difference that it writes to an XML file. It is a non-cached fast-forward only way to create a stream. Because of that many RSS classes are written with that class. The methods in the XmlTextWriter class are straightforward so that you can create your xml file with just minutes. In the following example, I have inserted comments above each function so that it is better to understand what actually happens.
