Wrapping multiple elements in a parent element

Summary How to wrap particular elements in a group without affecting the rest of the document.

Consider the following XML file: sundar fff sundar2 sundar3 sundar4 Here i need to group based on the element. Except the elements rest of the document should be the same. How can i achieve it? This can be called as grouping based on the elements. Wherever the element d appear, just elimate it from there and group them under different element in the result document. Here I have used to group the elements and keep the rest of the document as it is.
