The background-attachment property (CSS Reference)

Introduction

The background-attachment property is used to fix the image on the background. That means that whenever the user scrolls the page, only the page content will scroll not the image.

fixed

This value is used to fix the value. It will not scroll when the content/text is scrolled.

scroll

This value can be used to allow the image to scroll along with the content/text.
