The marker-offset property (CSS Reference)

Introduction

The marker-offset property can be used to specify the nearest border edges of a marker box and its associated principal box. A list item is displayed in a principal box and the marker is displayed in a marker-box.

Note: Please check if the browser you're targeting supports this property yet. Many don't, at the time of publishing.
