The outline-width property (CSS Reference)

Introduction

The outline-width property can be used to specify the width of the outline. As the name says an outline is a line drawn around an element to make it more noticeable for the user. 

Note: Please check if the browser you're targeting supports this property yet. Many don't, at the time of publishing.
