The outline property (CSS Reference)
Introduction
The outline property can be used to specify the
outline-color, outline-style and outline-width. An outline is a line around an
element. This property can be very useful with the pseudo elements focus and
active. It is mostly used to make the element more noticeable. Please see the appropriate
section for more information about the other properties.
