The quotes property (CSS Reference)
Introduction
The quotes property can be used to define a list of opening
and closing quotation marks. The list is only a string and does not limit you
to use only quotation marks. You can use whatever you want. Note that any
browser does currently not support this property.
Example
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0
Strict//EN"
This value can be used if you do not want to use any
quotations.
string string
This value can be used to specify the opening and closing
quotation marks. Each quotation mark is nothing more than a string; therefore
you need to enclose the quotation marks with a pair of double.
