The font-style property (CSS Reference)

Introduction

The font-style property can be used to set the style of the font with one of the following options: normal, italic, and oblique

Example

Name:

Description:

normal

This is the default value and renders the chars to normal text.

italic

This value is used to make the font italic. If italic is not available for the font, then it will use automatically oblique.

oblique

This value renders the text same as italic
