Another POP3 Adapter error

Another POP3 Adapter error - 29 January 2008

Hi I have a BizTalk solution that uses the POP3 adapter, works great.
 
I created a new project that also uses the POP3 adapter, but I get the following error.  Any ideas?

When I removed the criteria from the criteria wizard this error started.  Once I put the criteria back in everything was fine.
