Would the current BizTalk 2004/2006 Utilities and Adapters work on the new BizTalk Server 2006 R2?

Yes, we have been running with it for the last couple of months.

We will be releasing a new Exchange Adapter under the new LOB Adapter SDK and after that the DB Adapter will follow.

The current release will run on R2. We're still busy with the new WCF one.
