I am having problems with the BizTalk Utilities Adapter for Database Transport. I am trying to connect from BizTalk 2006 to Oracle 9i using the MS Oracle provider in a receive location. This is my first time trying this adapter.

Here is my error
-------------
The Messaging Engine received an error from transport adapter "BizTalk Utilities Adapter for Database Transport" when notifying the adapter with the BatchComplete event. Reason "An Exception occurred attempting to Complete a Batch Operation. The Uri is 'database://<name>.".
---------------------------

Can anyone provide any insight?

It seems that your URI is incorrect. Open the port, clear the Uri value and select the proper provider etc. This will recreate the Uri in the proper format.
