Hi!

I'm quite new to biztalk and I'm trying to implement an EDI to XML conversion application with bt2006. The edi message get processed by biztalk but I get some problem with recognition of the sender: (and no XML file is produced).

error message:
"Error encountered: ERROR (41), interchangenr 10023 :
The sender of the document is not recognized. Contact the system administrator. (msgnr:0 segnr:0)(line:1 pos:71 filepos:363)sender: [][] [7310870110000][14][]
sender: [][] [7310870110000][14][]"

anyone familiar to this kind of identification problem?

probably u can use covast trading partner management console to define the parties and party aliases.

party:
partalias should be
EDI://NUmber in first bracket:version: number in second bracket

Im getting the same type of error only im using an X12 4010 810 Schema which doesnt require covast with BT 2006 R2, where is the setting in BT to recognize the sender?
