I have noticed a minor problem with the adaptor dialog boxes when large fonts ( or extra large fonts ) are enabled in Windows XP.
The dialog boxes appear in the wrong proportion, as shown here

The main problem with it is that the [...] button does not appear, and you have to press 'tab' to access the button (which cannot be seen) and press the space bar to access.

I think you will have to take this up with the BizTalk Development team. We only provide a Schema and BizTalk Server actually renders the UI.

Nothing that we can do about this.
