Hi we are getting an error on our production server that doesn't happen on our development server. We are using the pop3 receive port adapter to pick up and then process the file attachment. We have promoted the File attachment name so we can use that properties in the orchestration. We set the property to true in BizTalk utilities mail schemas admin tool on dev, regenerated the schema and then built and deployed all on the dev box. Once we where happy with the testing we deployed the dlls on production including he btsUtil.Mail.Schema.properties dll. We had an initial success with one file, but all others since that have failed with the following error message. We have tried to duplicate the error on dev using the same email message but haven't been able to so. error message: "There is no value associated with the property 'BTSUtils.Mail.Schemas.Properties.attachmentfilename' in the message."

There must be a reason for this issue. I have rebuilt, and redeployed the solution tested it in development all okay. But i'm getting this particular error in production. Please assist we are finally ready to sue it and wham stop everything because of an issue that can't be duplicated in development. Is it to do with message encoding ? Can i get a hint where to look ?? ErrorDescription=There is no value associated with the property 'BTSUtils.Mail.Schemas.Properties.httpmail.attachmentfilename' in the message. ErrorId=Microsoft.XLANGs.RuntimeTypes.MissingPropertyException HostName=<null> Thank you

Okay so I’ve narrowed it down to the mailbox itself. when i receive from the dev mail box it all works well but when i receive from the production mail box the issue i mentioned above occurs. So are there any requirements or things i need to watch out for on the mail box ?? Thank you.
