I'm simply trying to expose my Orchestration as web service using the BizTalk 2006 Web Services Publishing Wizard. I'm getting the error below:

Failed to create project "http://localhost/BizTalkTOSAPRFC".
Unable to create one or more BizTalk receive locations.
Create receive locations command failed:
FileName=C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006\BTSTask.exe
Arguments=ImportBindings -Source="c:\inetpub\wwwroot\BizTalkTOSAPRFC\temp\BindingInfo.xml" -ApplicationName="BizTalkTOSAPRFC"
ExitCode=1

Can anyone please help ?
