Hi,
I have this situation where in there is Oracle SP which returns all the records with status column value 'New' to BTS .I perform these steps in the Stored proce

Get all the 'New' records and set the status of all 'New' records to 'Active'
Populate the Cursor with the records.
Set the 'Active' records to 'Complete'

Now my question is how is the transaction handled here. Like does the SP db transaction enlists into the Biztalk transaction.So that only when BTS receives these records and save it into the MessageBox the transaction on the database should complete.

Can there be any scenario where SP executes successfully but the data doesnt reach the MessageBox? Please help.

TopXML Oracle DB adapter one of the adapter included in the BizTalk Utilties adapter from TOPXML.
