Wait Interval and Adapter MQ Series - 12 February 2007

Hi,
I would like to use the Adapter MQ Series. But I have a question about "Wait Interval" feature in MQ Series. "Wait Interval" is a time interval where a "GET" is blocked in MQ Series. Then, this feature avoid polling and improve performance.
I don't know if "Interval" parameter of the adapter MQ Series is equal to this "Wait Interval"

The Interval Property is used to poll MQSeries for new Messages and has nothing to do wth the Wait Interval.
The Messaging Adapter was replaced with the XMS Adapter that allows for more options for connecting to MQSeries. I would recommend that you rather use the XMS Adapter.
