Hello,
we use the Database adapter with Oracle which is installed locally. On some of the servers the adapter is installed on we get "exception has been thrown by the target of invocation" errors in the eventlog and no messages are processed.

The error occurs every 1 minute, the polling interval is every 5 secs. The main usage for the adapter is in Receive locations.

Any hints on this?

This error seems related to a reflection problem. Would it be possible to send an export of your Application Event Log so that we can have a closer look?

Yes, here comes a copy of the eventlog.

rename the file to .zip since this extension was not supported while uploading

We are experiencing this same error in PRODUCTION since we created an additional BizTalk Host used for Sending. Are there limitations to the number of Send Hosts we configure on BizTalk to be used by the TOP XML BizTalk Utilitites Transport adapters? We have a multi server environment (2 server) and we have configured a Send host with the same name on both BizTalk servers and then configured the Transport Adapter to use the new Host. We turn one Host on and it works fine but when we turn the second one on we receive the error
The Messaging Engine failed to create the transport adapter "BizTalk Utilities Adapter for Databases Transport", Reason:"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.".
