P_Presland -> Any Port which uses AIC does not work (8 December 2006)

We are replacing our Biztalk server with a new one, and have now installed all the necessary software and all is configured. All now seems to be working fine except for one area. Any Port which uses AIC does not work.
We get a multitude of error depending on what function we try to perform
When saving a Messages Port
Biztalk Messaging Manager Error The messaging port could not be saved. Error 0xC0C128E: Either the syntax of this address is incorrect for the Application Integration Component transport type property, or the component is not registered, or else the component is not a valid AIC component.
When trying to access the properties of Primary transport component (Override Message Port Defaults) on a channel
Biztalk Messaging Manager Error Unable to display configuration properties.
