Job Title and Description: Full Desk perm recruiter. Client wants to add an IT recruiter, or even someone who recruits for civil or electrical engineering as an alternative to IT. Basically they want a recruiter who is with a larger firm, sick of the rules and politics, who would like to work for a smaller firm, have their own private office, maybe even build their own team, basically being left alone to run their own show.

Comp plan notes: $40k salary + commissions when everything is added together they are paying about 50% of revenue, or $100k off $200k in perm fees.

Full benefits, private office, A+ class building and location, no pressure, no micro management

Must be able to come in and run their own desk and build, not requiring training in their niche.
