Job Title and Description: IT Recruiter, 80% perm, 20% contract, full desk.
The recruiter will focus on recruiting to find candidates with legal/IT backgrounds, and skill market their resumes to IT managers at law firms.
Comp plan notes: Figure a base of $50k to $60k with an attractive commission on both perm and contracting.
