Java Developer RS6490 RS6490 Oregon-Portland metro area MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking a Java Developer RS6490 with strong knowledge of application development techniques in a J2EE framework using Java, JavaScript, XML and SQL. Must have 3 years experience with relevant technologies. Understanding of structured analysis and technical design concepts required. Experience in the industry or in an environment whose scope, size, and complexity are comparable. Experience with Enterprise Content Management systems preferred, in particular P8 and other FileNet ECM products. You will work with clients and other IT groups to develop and test new configurations, maintain application configuration XML files, manage code through a release process and deliver on project requirements. Provide technical support and diagnose and resolve routine system problems. Handle routine development issues. Research and analyze data. Work with vendor to resolve problems with software and respond to client suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
