.NET Developer JW6402 JW6402 Oregon-Portland metro area MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking a .NET Developer JW6402 with a minimum of 5+ years related work experience. Must have 3 years experience developing on the Microsoft .NET platform, 2 of those years specifically on C#. Must also have 1 year minimum experience with XML, XSL/T. Experience with additional development technologies like ASP.NET, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and/or JavaScript required. Strong understanding of Transact-SQL and development against Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005 also required. Experience with database optimization and normalization. Understanding of and experience with full software development lifecycle including functional and technical specification, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance and deployments. Experience with test driven development and Agile development methodology preferred. You will be responsible for updating/creating data transfer utilities according to customer and vendor specs. You will communicate with customers and project lead (product developers) to clarify and define requirements for change orders. Contribute to the team's software development process. Work with the other team members in supporting the tools in QA and developer environments. Mentor other team members who have less technical experience. The right candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
