we'll all stay current together.
Great work environment

collaboration, and your suggestions will be most welcome. The
atmosphere is creative and entrepreneurial, and you'll find strong
personalities with plenty of motivation. In general we'll make sure you
have the tools you need to take on challenges and achieve your goals

More About Your RoleIf you're a good fit for this position,
you already know most of what this job entails. However, to be sure
we're providing a complete picture, here are some details.
You
will report to the Chief Customer Officer, although most of your
activities will be project oriented, in which case you will take
tactical direction from Project Managers (PMs). At the same time, on
any project you will own implementation of the integration strategy,
platform, and tools.
In a nutshell you will execute designs,
develop code, configure integration tools, and drive implementation. At
any given time you will be contributing to multiple projects, depending
on the size and scope of the engagements. Smaller projects may last a
month while a full implementation with multiple pieces may last from 9
to 12 months.
More specifically, your activities will include:
- Working directly with project leadership at the client and with
Kineticsware to understand business requirements and document the
architecture and design of all integration components.
- Providing project team integration expertise and support through
the entire project lifecycle and identifying/resolving critical
technical design vs. implementation trade-off decisions.
- Participating on projects and installing, integrating, configuring, testing, and CRPing the integration components.
- Working with the Project team to architect and develop an
integration strategy that is holistic and optimizes the integration of
all the application modules within the technical solution and the
client's business.
- Supporting efforts to define and mitigate risk, perform data
migration, promote and enforce coding standards on partners, QA new
product releases, and deliver AX Administration/Technical training.
- Overseeing and promoting integration standards for the portfolio of
Kineticsware and Microsoft products, and customer deployments.
- Managing multiple client engagements, utilizing and improve Kineticsware's implementation methodology.
- Assisting Pre-sales with proposals and project estimates, and assisting Project Managers with statements of work.
Keys to Success
To excel in this role you won't just be "okay" with a fast-paced and
flexible environment in which things can change on a dime, you will thrive in it. In addition, in order to be an outstanding Senior Implementer, you will:
- Architect designs by working through multiple options before deciding on the best one.
- Remain flexible and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to help out -- as everyone at Kineticsware does.
- Demonstrate initiative in grasping the big picture, seeing what needs to be done, and doing it.
- Engage actively with talented peers, but with a thoughtful approach backed by considered facts.
If this sounds like the right mix of challenge and opportunity for you,
and you meet the minimum qualifications, we want to hear from you!
