DOMDocument Function setAttributeNS
PHP Version: (No version information might be only in CVS. I have used this function
in PHP5)
DOM: W3C
DOM Level 1
Description
This function sets the name space of the attribute.
If the attribute does not exists, it creates the
attribute with name space.
Ensure
that if attribute nodes have their own "xmlns"
attributes, then they have to be defined with a prefix (if there is no prefix
defined for this namespace!). Otherwise it will throw exception.
