I'm waiting on a few updated abstracts and possibly 1 or 2 more sessions and with that said the below list is a solid representation of what sessions will be part of the Services Track. Let me know if you have any questions or feedback regarding the sessions. Many of the speakers listed have blogs and I am going to be updating this post with their links over the next day or so.

Building Mashups with Office Live Small Business

Integrating Line-of-Business Systems with the 2007 Microsoft Office System

Office Business Applications (OBAs) use services such as Web services or WCF services to integrate line-of-business (LOB) systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft to either the Office system clients or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS). Building Web-Based Line-of-Business Applications on the Microsoft Dynamics Live CRM Platform

In this session, we explore how developing applications on the Microsoft Dynamics Live CRM platform can speed up delivery of applications in the cloud. Finally we look at real-life customer scenarios of loosely coupled systems that extend Microsoft CRM or connect with Microsoft CRM over the cloud.

Integrating Amazon Web Services with Microsoft Office System

In this session, Jinesh Varia, Evangelist for Amazon web services, will talk about different Amazon Web Services that can be integrated with Microsoft Office System Solutions to ultimately enhance the end-user experience.

Programming Conferencing Solutions with the Live Meeting Service XML API

The Live Meeting Service XML APIs provide robust and versatile programmatic access to Live Meeting functionality. The APIs have been leveraged by Microsoft, partners, ISVs and customers to integrate Live Meeting scenarios into a diverse set of applications. In this webcast, you will be introduced to the API library and its capabilities. We will walk through several basic integration scenarios, including scheduling a meeting, launching an ad-hoc meeting, and gathering usage or billing data from the service, and we will discuss additions to the API for the new version of Live Meeting launching this month. We will also provide information on the Live Meeting API beta program currently under way.

Web Service and SOA in MOSS

An enterprise SharePoint developer must know what types of functionality the SharePoint object model provides, in addition a the developer should know what services are exposed through the SharePoint Web Services. Join us for this session and learn how to build sophisticated composite applications on top of the SharePoint platform using SharePoint Web Services and custom web services that demonstrate using the Windows SharePoint Services object model in addition to the Portal Server object model. In addition we'll discuss how MOSS fits into the enterprise SOA model and identify Shared Service components that use SOA tenants.

Enabling SharePoint to be Geo-Aware

Where is that? Making SharePoint Geo-Aware Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies brought portal and collaboration technologies to the masses. Online maps such as Virtual Earth have brought basic map services to the masses.  But how do you integrate your SharePoint content and applications with maps? SharePoint developers can now provide added visualization  to SharePoint content using  various mapping technologies. In this session we demonstrate some of the SharePoint mapping integration points available to developers allowing Information Workers to easily visualize geo information.

Software-plus-Services Blueprints

The future of application development has moved beyond both the desktop and the web into a complex soup of technologies and opportunities. Microsoft has created a new series of concrete building blocks and frameworks called Microsoft Software-plus-Services Blueprints, open source on which you can build applications and infrastructure.  Michael Lehman, team lead for S+S Blueprints, will present an overview S+S Blueprints and demonstrate using S+S Blueprints in the building of applications using this new technology offering from Microsoft's Developer and Platform Evangelism group.

Building a custom Web service to query the EPM datastore and render the data in Excel 2007
