2005-04-15: The Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) Working Group has released a Last Call Working Draft of the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) Tiny 1.2 Specification. The SVG language delivers vector graphics, text, and images to the Web in XML. The draft is a complete language specification and is implementable on devices large and small, from cellphones and PDAs to desktop and laptop computers. Comments are welcome through 20 May. SVG Full 1.2, published as a placeholder today, will become a superset of SVG 1.2 Tiny. Visit the SVG home page. (News archive)
