Overview
This specialized
class is derived from the XmlCharacterData class, and is used to represent
textual element values. It provides string manipulation methods that can be
used to further process text content.
Example (VB.NET): How to insert
elements with text values using the XMLDocument.CreateTextNode method and the
XMLText class.
This example takes an empty XML document with one root
element, and inserts three child elements, each with text values, using the
XMLDocument.CreateTextNode method and the XMLText class. Each child is appended
to the end of the document, using the XMLDocument.LastChild.AppendChild method.
