The OnMouseOut Event (XHTML Reference)
Introduction
The OnMouseOut event is called whenever the mouse is not
over an element. The following example demonstrates a small example. It
displays some text and whenever the user moves his mouse over the text it will
change to some another text and when the mouse is out the will change again to
the original text.
Example
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0
Strict//EN"
