The <noframes> Tag (XHTML Reference)
Introduction
The <noframes> tag is mainly used in conjunction with
the frame tag. This tag is always nested in the <frameset> tag and you
will not see it as a standalone tag. The main usage of this tag is to display a
message or provide the content when a browser does not support frames. If your
browser supports frames then you won’t see the message.
