The <q> Tag (XHTML Reference)
Introduction
The <q> tag is used to display quotations. However
this tag doesn’t have any visual effect on the screen. A user will never
recognize whether this is a quotation or not. It is recommended to you styles
to format the text.
Example
Display Quotation:<br/>
<q>This is a quotation.</q>

You can enter here the URL of the website from where you
have taken the quotation.
This can be used if somebody wants to know the original
writer of the quotation or you can store it for later usage for yourself.
