The <tbody> Tag (XHTML Reference)
Introduction
The <tbody> tag is used to define the body of a table.
In that part you can declare the table data part. The <tbody> tag is not
necessary; if you do not use it your table body will still appear. The
<tbody> is only an indication that the table body has started. The body
can include <th> rows and <td> data. If you decide to use the
<tbody> tag then you have to use also the <thead> and <tfoot>
tags.

Aligns the table with one of the following options.

This attribute can be only used if you set the align
attribute to char. The usage of the attribute is to set the alignment
character. This can be very useful if you have a table row with decimal
numbers and would like to align the row according to the decimal point.
charoff
Defines in conjunction with the “align” attribute the
position of the alignment character.
valign
Aligns the column vertically with one of the following
options.
