The <tr> Tag (XHTML Reference)
Introduction
The <tr> tag is used in a table to create a new row. In
a <tr> tag you can define the data with the <td> tag.

align
Aligns the row with one of the following options.
left
right
center
bgcolor
The background color of the row. The value can be one of
the following:
rgb(x,x,x) = the color values from 0-255
#xxxxxx = hex value of the color
Colorname = any colorname
char
This attribute can be only used if you set the align
attribute to char. The usage of the attribute is to set the alignment
character. This can be very useful if you have a table row with decimal
numbers and would like to align the row according to the decimal point.
charoff
Defines in conjunction with the “align” attribute the
position of the alignment character.
valign
Aligns the row vertically with one of the following
options.
