removeAttribute()
Is a member of:
XML DOM Element
Syntax
objXMLDOMElement.removeAttribute strAttributeName
Remark
If your element has an associated attribute, you can remove it
from the Node by specifying the attribute's name. This method
does not return anything. If you try to remove an attribute that
does not exist, nothing happens and there is no warning.
Example
In the following example, we remove the PERSONID attribute
from the first child Node of the documentElement child Node
collection.
Set objXMLDOMElement =
objDOMDocument.documentElement.firstChild
objXMLDOMElement.removeAttribute "PERSONID"
