The send() method is used extensively in the examples in this
book. Once you have opened a connection to a web server with the
open method, you can use the send method to communicate with the
webserver and then use PUT(), GET(), or similar HTTP commands
against the webserver.
¬ Open the POST (or GET) connection to the web server.
¬ Establish the connection.
¬ Receive the response-note there are different types of
responses; binary and text are also supported.
