value
Is a member of:
XML DOM Attribute
Syntax
vntValue = objXMLDOMAttribute.value
Remark
This property returns the value (content) of an attribute. For
the XMLDOMAttribute object, this is the same as the nodeValue
property.
Example
In the following example, we first get a reference to the
firstChild of the documentElement. We then get a reference to the
attribute for the firstChild, and then find the value of that
attribute.
Set objNode = objDOMDocument.documentElement.firstChild
Set objAttritube = objNode.Attributes(0)
strValue = objAttribute.value
¬ From our People2.xml file example, strValue returns
p1.
